דוח כלסו תשע"ח Kislev 577 report

הירח החדש של חודש כסלו נראה מישראל רק ביום שני (אור לג' כסלו) 20/11/2017 על ידי צופים רבים, חלקם עוד לפני השקיעה:

ביום ראשון הירח נראה רק באמצעות משקפת:

• דני לוי ,ירושלים - 17:03

ראיות ביום ראשון מחוץ לישראל - ראו באנגלית

ראיות ביום שני (ועוד צופים רבים שכן הירח היה קל מאד לראייה):

• יעקב אפשטיין -הבחנתי בלבנה ב-16:38 לפני השקיעה. הייתי בשבי דרום ליד נתיבות 
• גדי איידלהייט - 16:40 נס ציונה
• בעילום שם - 16:47 בירושלים רחוב דיסקין קצת משמאל לבניין הכנסת. 
• רבקה בידרמן - 16:40 - פוריה עילית - I saw the moon with the naked-eye at 4:40 p.m. from Poriya Ilit.  The moon was 1.5 fists above the horizon on Ramat Yavne'el, 226 degrees

There were no unaided eye observations of the new moon on Sunday, Nov 19th. 

• Danny Levy from Jerusalem saw the moon with binoculars from 17:03 to 17:08

Many observers saw the moon on Monday 20/11/2017here are just few

• Gadi Eidelheit 16:40 - Ness Ziona
• Rebecca Biderman - I saw the moon with the naked-eye at 4:40 p.m. from Poriya Ilit.  The moon was 1.5 fists above the horizon on Ramat Yavne'el, 226 degrees.

Observations on Sunday outside  Israel

• William Hauser, Evansville IN USA - 17:01 (Central time) - It was easily seen at 11:01 UTC from 37.98558, -87.458529. It was 7deg 7 min above horizontal at an azimuth of 240 degrees.
• Larry Acheson Plano Texas - 17:35 (Central time) - It was also sighted by our son and his family elsewhere in Plano
