הירח החדש נצפה מישראל ביום רביעי אור לג' כסלו בסמוך לשקיעה. אני הצלחתי לצפות בשעה 16:41 להערכתי היה אפשר לראות גם קודם לכן. מצורפת תמונה.
The new moon was seen from Israel yesterday 15-Nov-2023. I spotted the moon at 16:41. It was very clear so it was possible to see even before that.
נפתח בתנחומים לחברנו האהוב, עלי מרצבך שנכדו, סמ"ר גלעד נחמיה ניצן הי"ד, נפל בקרבות בעזה בי"ט מרחשוון. מי יתן ותנוחמו מן השמיים ולא תדעו עוד צער.
את הירח האחרון של חודש מרחשוון, שהיה מר מאד השנה (ואמנם שמו המלא של החודש הוא מרחשוון, ומר אינה תחילית ותוספת לשם, ובכל זאת, את ההרגשה קשה לשנות), נוכל לראות מחר, יום ראשון, כ"ח במרחשוון לפנות בוקר. מזג האויר צפוי להקשת על הראייה, אך מי שקם מוקדם, מוזמן לנסות.
את הירח החדש יהיה אפשר לראות רק ביום רביעי, לאחר השקיעה (אור לג' כסלו). ביום שלישי הירח יהיה נמוך מדי בשמיים, אולם באמצעות משקפת או טלסקופ ראייה שלו יכולה להיות אפשרית. ביום רביעי, בהתחשב שלא יהיו עננים הראייה קלה מאוד ומומלץ להתחיל ולנסות עוד לפני השקיעה. מארצות הבירת ניתן יהיה לראות את הירח כבר ביום שלישי.

To our friends all over the world,
The people and state of Israel are in a grave situation. While our army has made significant advance in the hard task of demolishing the HAMAS-ISIS organization, many of our people, about 240, are in the captive of Hamas in Gaza. From babies, to holocaust survivors, including some Muslim Bedouins and foreign citizens who came to Israel to work and provide means for their families in their countries.
The Hamas fight from within hospitals, schools and kindergartens, and has no value to the lives of their fellow Palestinians. The leaders are safe in bunkers or in hotels in Qatar or Iran, while the population of Gaza are used as human shields.
It is very rare that such a line between good and evil exists which is so clear and simple to choose the right side. And still on of the deepest oldest plagues of the world, the Anti-Semitisms, brings up its hideous head again in many places all over the world. This Anti-Semitism which led by either very right wings or by very left wings claims that not only the state of Israel should not exist, anywhere but that the Jews themselves should not exist anywhere. It is a mission to all and nay of us , anywhere we are to fight this. Israel must mot be left alone against this evil since it is not only in Gaza but in many other places, and Israel needs support and time to fight it. It will not be easy and will not be fast but the Jews are an ancient nations and we have patience, we have time and most of all we have faith in God.
The first seeing of the new moon of Kislev from Israel will be at Wednesday 15th November 2023. The seeing will be very easy so please start looking BEFORE sunset. If you are at US/South America you might see the moon on Tuesday as well.
