Due to clouds and haze, we received only this observation
I saw the Moon this evening (Thursday 27th April 2017) from Mitspe Nevo, Ma'ale Adummim, Israel. The sky was very hazy and partially cloudy in the direction of the Moon. I spotted the Moon with binoculars (25 x 100 mm) between the clouds at 19:33 (UTC+03). With the naked eye, I saw the Moon from 19:52 to 19:55. The weather conditions made it very difficult to see the Moon. Temperature 19°C, humidity 50%, pressure 963 mbar.
The first picture shows the weather conditions. The second picture shows the Moon at 19:53 taken with a phone camera through binoculars. The effect of atmospheric turbulence is clearly visible in the picture.
