סיכום ראיית הירח

הירח החדש נראה בקלות ובהצלחה, אולם לא היו תצפיות שזיהו את הירח בעין לפני השקיעה. התצפית המוקדמת ביותר היא מאילת ושם השמש שקעה בשעה 19:44. התצפית שלי היא ממקום בו השמש שקעה בשעה 19:50. קיבלתי הרבה מאד תצפיות בשעות בהן הירח היה כבר קל מאד לראייה, ולא כללתי אותן בטבלה, על מנת לא להעמיס, אולם כל צופה קיבל הודעת תודה אישית, ובעיקר עידוד לנסות ולצפות מוקדם יותר (והשתדלות ללכת למנחה גדולה ולערבית מאוחרת מצאת הכוכבים).

Hello all!

The new moon was successfully seen by many observers as the sighting was very easy. I've listed observations which are earlier of 20:05 as there were many reports but thanks to everyone that sent!

The earliest report was from Eilat where sunset was at 19:44. From my place sunset was at 19:50.

פרטי ראיית הירח החדש

הודו לה' כי טוב, כי לעולם חסדו. 

אני מקווה ששלום כולכם טוב לאחר שבוע של מלחמה שיש בה הישגים מדהימים, נסים גלויים וגם אבדות קשות. ננסה השבוע לראות את הירח החדש ביום חמישי (אור לא' תמוז) לאחר השקיעה. יש כמובן להישמע לכל ההוראות שיהיו ולצפות ליד מקומות בהם ניתן להגיע במהירות למרחב מוגן.הראייה צפויה להיות קלה, כך שאין מניעה לראות מאזורים עירוניים.

Hello All

Please look for the new moon on Thursday 26-Jun-2025 after sunset. The new moon shall be easy to see.

Since the Friday before last, Israel and Iran are at direct war, a war which started as a result of many years of a direct threat on the mere existence of Israel. For years the Iran regime has openly declared that its prime goal is to wipe out Israel, but let there be no doubt, that same fanatical and fundamentalist regime poses a threat not only to Israel but also to all of Europe, many Sunni Arab states, and the United States. 

Israel has launched a campaign not just to defend itself, but to protect the entire free world. Tonight, we saw that President Trump and the U.S. military are also taking action to eliminate existential threats to the world.

Please continue to pray for the safety of the State of Israel. The challenges are great, and the war is still ongoing. And yet, the world is a safer place this morning.

To all our friends in the United States — thank you for your support. We hope that our shared fight against the our common enemies will continue.
